She just can't take,
The pain,
Anymore.
Every time she sees him,
Her heart pounds painfully in her chest,
Beating a rhythmic memory,
Of her lost love.
She is so alone,
So she site in her bathroom,
Razor posed above her wrists,
Tears leaving shining tracks down her face.
She brings the razor down.
Slashing through skin,
Veins sliced open cleanly by the sharp blade.
She repeats the motion multiple times,
And when both her arms are crisscrossed,
With thin slashes from wrist to elbow,
She stares at the limbs.
Mind numb,
Seeing red.
